The Buyaga East legislature Hon. Eric Musana Acaali has last evening vowed to mobilize and prop up electorates with developmental activities so that they can increase on their house hold income.

Speaking to the gathering of supporters last evening at Kagadi Model pray ground in kagadi town while celebrating his victory in the January 14th election, Musana said he has the capacity to lobby for people who are willing to change their income cohorts.

Hon. Musana on Wednesday at exactly 9:50am vowed his oath that led him to organize a victory party hence applauding everyone who engaged in any activity that piloted him to succeed.

Hon. Eric Musana Acaali who contested on the independent ticket won the hotly race of Buyaga East Member of Parliament seat garnering 26,239 votes  representing 50.125% beating the NRM flag bearer Twesige Stephen Rulekere with 24,067 votes (46.35%).

Musana continued and called upon the general public to shun disunity following political camps and assured them that he will serve the hole of Buyaga East irrespective of political camps.

Meanwhile some of the supporters led by Muhumuza Tibyata chief coordinator congratulated Hon. Eric Musana for attaining victory and appealed him to give back to them through a steady service delivery but not betraying them.

The function was graced by the Venerable canon Tewo Irumba the archdeacon of Kagadi arch deaconry, chairperson women’s league kagadi Adrian Tibaleka, Bunyoro’s finest artist Figo west, electorates among others.

  Parents block Kasokero P/S HM from accessing school premises over drunkenness 10th Jan,2022 Kagadi As schools reopened today across the country, Parents of Kasokero government aided Primary school in Kyenzige town council Kagadi district blocked the school head teacher from accessing the school premises accusing him of incompetence. Parents accuse Peace Tumwine of being a drunkard thus neglecting school duties. The situation was brought to calm by the Kagadi District Education Officer who asked parents to put their concern into writing demanding for transfer of the head teacher. RIFT VALLEY FEVER KILLS ONE IN KAGADI KAGADI:  One person has died of rift valley fever in Kagadi district. Lillian Ruteraho the resident district commissioner Kagadi has identified the deceased as Justus Mugisa 34, a resident of Kibuku village in Ntoroko district. Speaking at the emergency meeting held today {Thursday} at Kagadi district headquarters, Ruteraho disclosed that the deceased has been a cattle keeper in Mabaale Sub County in Kagadi district. She has asked residents to be vigilant and calls for maximum cooperation in order to curb the outbreak. ‘’We should be vigilant and cooperate to curb the outbreak,’’ Rutereho asked.
