The situation in Uganda in regards to COVID-19 pandemic continues to worsen; the President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni even impounded a lockdown to help in reducing the infections.
Museveni allegedly sick
Tension was however witnessed in Uganda on Saturday 26th evening after reports alleged that the President Yoweri Museveni has been airlifted to Germany for falling sick. According to the allegations, Museveni had experienced difficulty in breathing and was in a critical condition, it was purported that he was suffering from the dreaded COVID-19 virus.
These reports were as from circulations by KACERITVUG Uganda, and had raised fears in the country. However, KACERI TV UG Uganda came out to clear the air on Museveni's condition. According to KACERI TV Uganda, the circulations that made rounds were fake, and that the President is not sick.
They urged all the people to disregard the news and treat it with the contempt it deserves.

Reactions On Museveni's sickness
A section of tweeps from Uganda expressed joy when they heard of the allegations that Museveni was sick. Others even made prayers that the allegations be true, and that Museveni even dies. Here are some of their reactions:

Museveni allegedly flown to Kenya
Reports of Museveni allegedly being sick was fueled up by reports that a Uganda Military chopper was spotted in Nairobi at the Nairobi Hospital. According to a photo making rounds, a Uganda Military chopper is seen in an open field accompanied by an ambulance and people dressed in PEPs. KOT's took to twitter to allege that indeed that was Museveni and he had been taken to Nairobi Hospital:

Museveni Tightens Lockdown In Uganda Over COVID-19 Upsurge
Due to the upsurge in cases of COVID-19 in Uganda, Museveni directed Friday25th June to be a National Holiday where the country would hold National Prayers and ask God to reverse the situation. In the last three days, 126 people have succumbed to the virus — the highest number since the start of the pandemic. President Museveni noted many COVID deaths were likely not recorded.
Museveni has tightened measures in Uganda, with a total lockdown in place, burn of gatherings and schools closed.
So Is Museveni really sick:
Well, according to the latest reports, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is healthy and not sick in anyway. In fact he is expected on Sunday 27th June evening to preside over the opening of the regional world Health Summit in Kampala, Uganda.
The virtual summit according to Presidential Press Secretary Ms Linda Nabusayi will be taking place at Speke resort Munyonyo.
According to Uganda's CroozeFM, Museveni is doing fine, in fact he is expected to preside over the World Health Summit that kicks off today.
